Withdrawal

Here you can declare your withdrawal directly. After submitting, a support ticket is created automatically so we can reply and process your request.

Important notice

All services are created individually according to your specifications and delivered as a digital service. By submitting the order or initiating payment, you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately – the right of withdrawal therefore expires instantly and is excluded from that point on (Art. 6:230p sub a and f of the Dutch Civil Code). You can still submit your request here: we review every individual case and reply via the support ticket created.
